1. Acceptance of Terms & Updates

Every visit to or use of onlygenu.com binds you to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”), which may change without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. The Service & Third‑Party Hosting

onlygenu.com is built on FWS Server, offering e-commerce functionality. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion. We are not liable for temporary outages, technical errors, or loss of any data you provide.

3. Registration, Account & Security

You are not required to register an account. But all registration must use accurate and current personal information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Privacy & Data Collection

Any personal data we collect from you is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. By using our site, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of your data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use onlygenu.com for illegal or harmful activities. Prohibited actions include (but aren’t limited to): uploading viruses; spamming; impersonation; harvesting personal data; and violating intellectual property laws.

6. Your Conduct

We may expose you to user‑generated or third‑party content. We are not responsible for its accuracy or legality. You agree not to upload objectionable content or misuse the platform.

7. Product Information & Pricing

We strive for accuracy in product details and pricing, but minor errors may occur. In case of discrepancies (e.g., incorrect pricing or availability), we reserve the right to revise information or cancel orders. We aren’t liable for your decision or reliance on outdated content.

8. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is a purchase offer. We confirm acceptance via an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders (e.g., bulk or reseller orders) at our discretion.

9. Payment, Pricing & Billing

All prices are as listed on the site and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. By completing payment, you authorize us (via Ansbiz) to charge your payment method. Payment details may be forwarded to payment processors for verification and fraud prevention.

10. Shipping & Delivery

You can select shipping options during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, borders inspections, or force majeure. The estimation of the delivery time would be 10-20 days for EU.

11. Return, Refund & Compensation Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy is fully integrated here. Key points:

  • Standard 14-day return window for cancelled orders or non-defective items.

  • Blind box items : if found counterfeit with valid unedited unboxing video, we offer 200% compensation of the purchase price.

  • Returns for all products must be pre-authorized.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours via service@onlygenu.com, with photo/video evidence.

  • Non-authorized, opened, or damaged returns are invalid and possibly returned at your expense.

12. Liability Disclaimer

The products and the service are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties (e.g., merchantability, fitness). We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the site, except as required under EU/Dutch consumer protection laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

Regardless of legal theory, our total liability under or related to any purchase or use of onlygenu.com is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless onlygenu.com, Ansbiz, its owners, staff, and service providers against any claim or loss arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on onlygenu.com—logos, text, images—is the property of Ansbiz or licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or unlawful activity. Termination does not waive any rights or obligations incurred prior.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be resolved in Dutch courts, unless the EU consumer directive provides otherwise.
Consumers in the EU may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

18. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain in force.

  • Failure to enforce a provision doesn’t waive our right to do so later.

  • We may assign our rights under these Terms; users may not assign without consent.

  • Legal claims must be brought within one year, unless local law specifies otherwise.

19. Updates to Terms & Conditions

We may revise these Terms at any time—without notice. The version active on the date of your order will apply. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
